          "Highly Recommend"

“If you are thinking of placing your loved one in adult day care, I highly recommend “A Home for the Day”. Betty, the owner and caregiver, is truly a person of great compassion, kindness, and understanding.
We know from our own experience that we would not think of leaving our loved one with anyone else.”

          "Feel So Blessed"

“My dad thoroughly enjoys going to A Home for the Day program three times a week. This gives my mom a much-needed break as she can stay at home because they provide all the transportation. Many fun activities are included such as playing games, walking in the gym, art/crafts, singing, lunch, and brain activities that challenge him to think! We feel so blessed to have my dad well taken care of there.”

          "A Lifesaver for Our Family"

“My family and I highly recommend A Home for the Day.  Betty was a lifesaver for our family. Especially my mom. With dads Alzheimer’s, he was too much for her during the day. By sending dad to A Home for the Day, 4 to 6 hours a day, anywhere from once a week to 5 days a week, it gave her needed rest. Dad really enjoyed going and looked forward to being picked up. Betty structured his day around what he was able to do and could change that as his Alzheimer’s progressed. We were sad when he was no longer able to attend. It gave all of us peace of mind when dad was in her care.

          "A Big Thank You"

“I want to send a big thank you to Betty at A Home for the Day adult daycare for taking such wonderful care of my mother the past 5 months. The care, socialization, activities and friendship provided has helped my mother feel good about herself. She looked forward to coming to the center, which was very good for her. The past few years she really showed little interest in being involved in much of anything. I felt comfortable leaving her knowing that she was in a caring and safe environment. I would highly recommend anyone looking for care for a parent or loved one to contact Betty Voss at A Home for The Day I know when my mother comes back to Minnesota next fall, I will not hesitate to bring her back!

          "Absolutely Recommend"

“I absolutely recommend A Home for the Day!! My dad is always excited to tell about cooking and other projects and field trips he gets to go on. His attending day health has done wonders for his cognitive skills and overall health. Betty and her staff are so caring and just awesome with the clients.
